Our app will let students create an avatar and play games based on their class lesson. Students will be able to communicate with other teachers and students in a social media format. For example, students will post a status asking other students for help with their homework or understanding of the lesson the student had for a class. In addition, the teacher will be able to upload their lesson of the day on the site, and video conference with any student in need of help. For the students, if needed, they will have a mentor to help them through the school year and be able to guide them if they have trouble with their work for school. The app common core features are free and then there will be premium features if wanted. For example, the video calling and mentor are in the premium package. From this, 100% of the people asked said they will try out our app and see if they will like the premium package.

Our next step for this app will be collecting more data to provide additional validating insight on students, parents and teacher requirements. Based on validated data, the ClassroomConnect app will build features for a truly fun, collaborative, interactive environment geared toward student success. The funds used by the premium version will help us with the improvement on our app development.

When the students and teachers communicate through this app, they will be using a personalized way and a interactive way to get their hands on the knowledge needed for their teachers lesson for the class.
